From the first visit from Kyle to assess the job I realised how professional the team was. All floors and furniture were protected and even heavy pieces were moved and then put back in place. Professional advice on colour schemes was provided by their interior designer as part of the service and the finished paintwork was superb. All the painters were helpful and friendly and explained every stage of the work. I would thoroughly recommend Viva painters.

Full explanation of services that I could expect and a free colour consultant to advise how to put it all together for my 1910 Villa. I just had the last lick of paint put on yesterday and couldn't be more happy with the detail they applied to all prep and paint work. Always punctual, professional and polite throughout. Topping it up, we decided to repaint our door frames, wall skirtings, fire place and French doors. Shortlisted 4 companies for the project followed with site inspections and discussion. Viva Painters was not the lowest bid but was most attentive, efficient and professional. The whole process from site inspection, issuing quotation, negotiation, planning and execution was done efficiently and professionally. The professional painters that carried out the works were very friendly and polite. Arrived on time and completed the task as scheduled. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with Viva Painters. We have plans for external painting of our house and will certainly appoint Viva Painters again for our next project.

The team (Ali and Mehdi and their gang) did an awesome job. Super friendly and highly professional. Very protective of all our furniture, carpets, etc... very precise edges and not a drip or run of paint anywhere (a change from a previous company!). They even repaired a few holes and cracks as part of the project. Super efficient, too, and completed the work in under the estimated number of days. Always checking in with us a few times each day to make sure we were happy with progress and what the next tasks would be. Couldn't have been happier! Have already recommend you to our friends.

They were thorough and attentive, coming back to touch up where required. They did a colour consult and full quote before we proceed with the work. The lead up to the job we were kept informed so as to know what was happening prior to starting. Arrived when they said they would and gave us very good communications during the job. They were professional and detailed in their quoting. The workers were friendly and did a great job especially with covering and protecting other areas from getting paint on them. They responded and followed up on anything I had questions about. Overall - very easy to work with and I recemmend.

He came to my house with a notebook and carefully recorded all of the questions and requirement. His team are nice to everyone in my house and my neighbours. The roof of my house has some parts coated with silicone, the team contacted a few experts to find out solutions for how to address the bonding and thus the long-term robustness of the paint. People are all very different, as some people were not very happy with viva in previous reviews. From my perspectives, Viva is the best in terms of cost-effective ness and friendliness. Highly recommend.

My modern two story house was a big job for a domestic painting project, with over 40 squares in area for the house. A team of master painters moved furniture, prepared surfaces, & refreshed it all using the highest quality Dulux paints, including a top of the range Acritex product on the outside. The job was done including scaffolding & boom requirements in just under 3 weeks to meet a special event deadline. There was no compromise on quality & the after job cleanup & return to normality was quick.

Right from the start they set the time line with us such as: the ceiling, walls, doors and windows time they finish by. All the floors was covered to protect them. They were polite and respectful. All in all it was a good service, value for money as my other quote was far higher.

Kyle was able to get his crew in to do the job quickly. The floor coating looks good. A quality product was used. Hopefully the epoxy will be durable and stay looking good for years to come! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances there was some slight damage done in the process. Once notified, Kyle came back to the job site, quickly took full responsibility and worked with me to come to a resolution that both parties were happy with. It is that quality customer service that sets Viva Painters apart from others. After this experience, I would trust them to complete any sized job to my satisfaction.
